While browsing through the Royal Club Reward Shop, you can view all your favourite rewards. Rewards displayed on the Royal Club Reward Shop depend on the delivery destination selected. For visitors, the default delivery destination is Jordan; hence please change the country using country selector in the header of the page to see rewards offered in your delivery country. After you have added your rewards to the "Shopping cart", click on the "Review shopping cart and checkout" button to select your preferred miles-plus-cash combination or to modify your reward selection. After finalizing the payment details, click the "Buy now button" to submit your order.

If you are already registered as a Royal Club member and do not remember your password, you can reset your password via email. Select the link "Forgot my password" after clicking the "Login button" in the top right corner. Just type your email address provided at the time of registration. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.

You can check the status of all your orders under "My Transactions" tab of your Royal Club Reward Shop account. Once logged in, click on "My Profile" and then "My Rewards" where you will find the "My transactions" tab.

Due to the variety of rewards, the shipping policy and terms may differ from reward to reward. Please check the specific policies under "Merchant Details" for the respective partner and the "Rules & Restrictions" for each specific reward. Please note that the delivery of certain rewards may involve custom, VAT or other charges, depending upon the shipping destination and the custom authorities of the destination country. Members might have to pay these charges to receive the delivery.

For e.g. if the product received is in damaged or faulty on arrival, then we request you to immediately report the issue to merchant of your order with appropriate details. Merchant contact details can be found in your order confirmation mail. Based upon the merchant and reward specific terms and conditions, decision of refund would apply and your miles may/may not be refunded to your Royal Club account, as applicable. Additionally, please be advised that voucher orders/redemptions cannot be cancelled once placed and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

For all "miles & cash" orders on the Royal Club Reward Shop you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. We use 3-D Secure Services (i.e. verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) from our Wirecard payment gateway to process your online payment. For millions of people around the world, 3-D Secure is the way to pay - trusted and secure.

All "miles & cash" orders are processed exclusively in JOD [Jordanian Dinars] or USD [United States Dollars] or EUR [Euro] and your credit card will be charged accordingly. For your convenience, you can set a display currency on the Royal Club Reward Shop which will make the purchase price for all rewards appear in your preferred currency, calculated at the current applicable currency exchange rate (for information purposes only).

Retail and miles prices for rewards offered on the Royal Club Reward Shop may vary according to the selected delivery destination. All reward prices are calculated daily and depends on respective currency exchange rates (provided by www.xe.com).

PointsPay FAQs

PointsPay is a payment method which enables members of participating loyalty programs to make payments on participating online shops using their loyalty points or miles. Members of Royal Club are able to use PointsPay.

  • Browse and shops as usual in any participating online shop.
  • Choose PointsPay as your payment method when finalizing your order. You may see either the PointsPay logo or a co-branded logo containing both the PointsPay and Royal Club logos on the checkout page of the online shop.
  • You will then be re-directed to the PointsPay website. You must log in with your Royal Club account credentials, or create a PointsPay account and connect your Royal Club account, and choose whether to pay with miles only, miles plus cash, or cash only. Whenever you spend any cash, you will earn miles on the cash component.
  • You then simply confirm your transaction. You will then be returned to the online shop.
  • Yes we do allow cash payments.
  • You will earn miles on the cash component that you spend.
  • In case of insufficient miles you can opt to pay part of the amount in cash using your payment card and part of the amount using your miles.

The number of miles required for your purchase will be clearly displayed on the checkout page within PointsPay.

  • Yes, you can earn miles within PointsPay when making part or all of your purchase using your payment card.
  • The number of miles that you will earn via PointsPay will be clearly indicated.
  • The rate of earning miles will differ from merchant to merchant, as it depends on the commercial arrangements with each merchant.
  • For any refund related information we request you to contact the online shop where you made the purchase.
  • Once the refund is issued by the online shop, the refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
  • Also, note that the online shop merchant may deduct any applicable service fee at the time of refund and the remainder amount would be refunded back to your Royal Club Account in the form of miles or payment card whichever was used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that redeemed miles are non-refundable unless a member does not receive his item or receives a damaged one.

If you refund your PointsPay transaction, the miles accrued worth cash against the transaction will be adjusted from your cash refund amount.

You will receive the refund on your card/account within 2 to 7 business days from the date of the refund being executed by the respective online shop.

Buy Miles

Buy Award Miles is a service that lets you buy Royal Club miles for a fee. These miles will be added to your existing miles balance and can be used to redeem/purchase flight tickets, seat upgrades, products, etc.

Buy Award miles is available to all eligible members of Royal Club. Since this is a product that involves payment, the member will have to be of 18 years of age or older.

A minimum of 1,000 miles can be purchased in a single transaction.

You can buy a maximum of 50,000 miles in a single transaction and 100,000 miles in one year.

Members can buy award miles as often as they want as long as they buy within the maximum buy limit of the calendar year.

You may select the number of Award miles that you wish to buy from the miles selector drop-down.

There is a fee associated with every purchase. You can see the applicable buy fees in the miles selection drop down against the miles value.

The fee for Buy Miles transaction can be paid via any payment (credit/debit/prepaid) card. Cards accepted include MasterCard, VISA.

Additional card processing fees may be charged by your financial institution depending on your country and currency. Please contact your financial institution if you have any queries.

You can check the status of your orders in the "My Transactions" page under "My Rewards" section of your account.

Miles will be credited to your account immediately after a successful transaction. If additional order authorization is required then miles will be credited to your account within 3 business days.

You cannot request a refund as miles bought and buy fees paid are non-refundable.

No. Purchased Miles are Award Miles and may not be used to achieve a higher tier status.

Gift Miles

Gift Miles is a service that lets you gift up to 100,000 award miles per year to another Royal Club member for a fee.

The Gift miles service is available to all eligible members of Royal Club. Since this is a service that involves payment, the member will have to be of 18 years of age or older.

You can Gift up to 100,000 award miles per calendar year.

With Gift Miles, you can gift award miles to any other Royal Club members.

Members can Gift miles as often as they want within the maximum gift miles limit of the year.

In order to gift Award miles, you will need the recipient's membership number. You also have the option to provide a personalized message to the recipient.

There is a fee associated with every gift miles transaction. You can see applicable gift fees in the miles selection dropdown against the miles value.

The fee to gift award miles can be paid via any payment (credit/debit/prepaid) card. Cards accepted include AMEX, MasterCard and VISA.

Additional card processing fees may be charged by your financial institution depending on your country and currency. Please contact your financial institution if you have any queries.

Elite Miles

A new service that allows Royal Club members to purchase Royal Club Tier Miles to maintain their tier status or upgrade their membership tier. As a launch offer, members are offered the opportunity to buy up to 50% of the required Tier Miles at 50% Off to maintain or upgrade their tier, through the Elite Miles service at Royal Club Rewards Store. Members have the option to pay in cash or a combination of cash and award miles.

To use the service, members must log in to Royal Club Rewards Store with their Royal Club membership credentials (membership number and pin code/password).

Elite Miles allows members the chance to compensate for the tier miles they could not achieve through flights to maintain or upgrade their tier, by purchasing the missing tier miles.

  • Tier miles can only be purchased by the Royal Club membership holder.
  • Purchased Tier Miles are non-transferrable.
  • Purchased Tier Miles are non-refundable once the payment is made.
  • Members are eligible to buy up to 50% of the Tier Miles required either to upgrade or maintain their current tier.
  • Members can redeem their Award miles partially to complete the elite/tier miles transaction.

Members should always quote their Royal Club Membership Number upon reservation and at check-in to earn Royal Club Tier Miles. Tier Miles are earned based on the class the member chooses to travel in and the fare of the ticket the member purchases.

Yes, a combination of award miles and cash can be used to purchase Tier Miles. Complete payment using Award Miles is not possible.

While buying Tier Miles, you can adjust the Award Miles and Cash slider option for buying Tier Miles. You can buy these tier miles in your account under Miles services-> Elite miles.

If you want to pay using cash, the fee for tier miles transactions can be paid via any payment (credit/debit/prepaid) card. Cards accepted include MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Sorry! You will not earn any award miles for the purchase of Tier miles.

After successful payment, tier miles will be credited to your account within 24 hours. In case of further delay, please reach out to us from the contact us section.

  • You can upgrade your tier gradually (Bronze Sunbird-> Silver Jay->Gold Sparrow-> Platinum Hawk). E.g- If your current tier is Bronze Sunbird, you can onlyupgrade to the Silver Jay tier .
  • To qualify for a tier upgrade, you can earn the required tier miles through flight activities with Royal Jordanian or its oneworld partner airlines within the set period.
  • Alternately, you can buy up to 50% of the next tier miles eligibility. You can buy these tier miles under Miles services-> Elite miles.

If the member earns the Tier miles required for the next tier, the tier will be upgraded automatically on the next day.

  • To retain your current tier, you can earn the required tier miles through flight activities with Royal Jordanian or any of its oneworld partner airlines within the set period..
  • Alternately, you can buy up to 50% of the tier miles needed to maintain your tier status. You can buy the tier miles under Miles services-> Elite miles.

The tier status will only be renewed 24 hours after the expiry of the current tier validity.
